Is this california based online store legit? Please help!

I've been obsessively searching for a specific pair of jeans and found only one in my size (and only 1 left in stock) at this site http://www.laselectshop.com/ 

 

I can't find much about the store on google - it does seem to have an address in california - but the lack of info is putting me off.

Can someone please help me decide if this store is legit?

Hmm I've never heard of that before and I didn't even see that much information online and the mishmash of photos look kinda janky. I'd be weary as they don't even offer refunds, only exchanges: http://www.laselectshop.com/Shipping-and-Returns-1.html
