I purchased some jeans from www.cheapdieselstore.com at a price about 30% cheaper than what I have found them in retail stores. I paid $241.00 as I also selected the option to have them shipped in 3-5 days rather than the free shipment which is 5-10 days. It has now been 5 business days, and I have not received my product. My concern however is with the websites service itself. Upon purchasing the jeans I never received a tracking number or any followup email from the website.

Secondly, I selected the “contact us” option on the website to email them about my issues. After selecting the send button for the email, I received an error message saying “email is null” which means nothing, zero, nonexistent, etc. So I tracked down the email address of the company and emailed them from my personal email. I never received a reply for this.

Next I searched on google to find out if anyone else has had troubles with this company. I only found one review but it wasn’t promising. It was a person saying they had the same problems as I did where they emailed the website and never received a reply or the product. They stated it was a scam and should not be purchased from.

Overall there is no reason I would ever recommend purchasing from this website as they are a scam and will never send your product, nor reply to your concerned emails.

EXACTLY!!!!

 

 

never buy from a site that has the name brands actual name in the URL unless it is that brands ACTUAL website (store.diesel.com or diesel.com ONLY). Any thing else is GUARANTEED to be fakes every single time no matter what. It is illegal to use the brands name in the URL without their permission and you can bet they would never give it. So just follow that advice when searching these sites. Also, if its too good to be true, it probably isnt true.
