To all your Dior lovers, what is the one dior (jake, umc, raw etc) that's a must have to all collection and represent Dior jean the best?

I'd have to be 19 cm Jake jeans.

definitely the 19cm Jake is my favorite.

What about the 17cm jake, is that not good?

19cm just has a different tone that's better IMO

I'm really happy with my 17.5 Jakes, but I definitely want to try 19cm's too. Whether they be Jakes or another wash.

can you tell me the thigh measurement for the 17.5 jake?

it seems Jake is the one to go with. So for someone that never own any Dior and just want one, Jake 19cm will be the "one"?

The sizing depends, but mine which originally came from a Dior boutique are 26.5 for the thigh in size 30.

Overall, 19cm are smaller in the top block for a straighter (less tapered) cut but still slim/skinny fit. Depends on your style and body shape.

I wear diesel thanaz which is 11 inches at thigh (at crotch). From what I read, 19cm should be the same, is that correct?

What price can you get the Jakes at? Is $500+ pretty standard?

I've been looking to grab some Dior, but it's just so pricey! Diesel is catching up though..

Depends on where you get them. Retail new would be more than 500. I got a pair from jeanetic for a bit less than that.

I will say though, after getting a pair of Dior, I'll never go back. Especially with Diesel prices going up. The quality you get from DH really is so much higher.

I am surprise not many people would say Bleu clair or Destroyed is a must have. I like them a lot though...

The quality, cut and overall feel of Dior is far better than Diesel.

I've owned hundreds of pairs of both Diesel and Dior and would pay the extra for Dior any day.

Got my first dior, but a bit confused from the tag. Can someone clarify this for me?

Told its the fw12 jake, 19cm. My question is how come the big tag with the ref number says its 98% cotton, 2% elastane, but the smaller tag next to it says 100% cotton.

Weird...can you post pics of the jeans so we can see what wash it is??

Mine is exactly the same. It seems to be a consistent mistake with the 12' jakes.

The 100% cotton is incorrect - but it's only a tag mistake they must have made in production.

Didn't see your other post nito. Sorry.

Since this is my first dior, I'm wasnt sure why the tag being different. I try google it, nothing came up. Also, when I try to google the ref number, all it showed was sites in Japanese, Korean or Chinese, so I had a slight doubt.

But thank you for the verification.
