Anyone has any idea how to get this thing off of my new jeans?

Dieselicious would love to see it when it comes in and compare it w/ the Nudie used selvage jeans I just got too.... of course I think you'll fit better in them but would love to see the quality of the 'used' look.

So this is what I received today: Safado 801D Burgundy, Darron 8x8, Darron 75L and Adriano Goldschmied The 30s Jacket Steamer Iron.

Denim Collector, how does your new 887D compare to your 881Z in terms of waist, narrowness, inseam length, etc.?
I'm considering buying from the same seller as well ^^

Hi Daan - its scary how word of mouth works eh?

I'm really thankful Karacho helped measure out his jeans which helped me buy my regular size in 28.  the Fit is pretty much the same as my 881z and 888p Braddom's both in 28.  of course the material and stiffness is different so the jean itself fit little different, however measurement wise they are nearly identical.

One weird thing tho, my 881z is 28x32 but I didn't have to hem them.  the pre stack was very short it certainly feels like all my 30L Diesels.

After browsing on the 887D net photos, I think sizing up may not be a bad idea since most of the official Diesel run way photos the models wear them bit loose where 28 fits like all my other 28s which is slim and tight.

Raj this happened to me before, on a shirt I got while travelling in States... You may need to go to one of the larger nicer department stores where you normally shop (or any retail you shop in) bring the receipt, chat up the girls and see if they are willling to take them off for you.  Since you have receipt and you'r charming perhaps they will help you out if their magnetic clip fits..  Good luck!!!!

Thanks for the detailed info! ;)

It's sort of difficult... the guy on ebay only has sizes 30 and 32 left, where probably 31 would be perfect for me.
I tried 881Z in 31/34 and really liked them. They definitely run short due to the pre-stacking! ^^
For the 887D, I could possibly fit into a 30, but it would probably be too tight and 32 too big xD'

That's why I was hoping that they run different... I guess I'll just have to look elsewhere for a 31/34 :D

Or use a magnet that's strong enough.. But DC's solution is way better, since it involves girls!

Out in Amsterdam and got to run by my favorite denim store. These guys are really really nice.... Tenue de Nimes.

I got my Acne Max Raws here last year, now I got these:

Aahz they look amazing man... do you know the specs of the material?  are they selvage denim (or japanese selvage?) and how heavy are they??

Yeah, here are the specs from Cultizm:

Quote:
JAPAN BLUE JB0404 TAPERED SELVAGE UNWASHED
Color: Dark Indigo
12.8oz Selvage denim
100% US Cotton
Sanforized
Button fly
Made in Japan
Sizing: Waist runs true to size - Inseam is always 36"

But the tag on these differs on a couple of points...
12.5oz Selvage denim
African Cotton
Brown Milled

Basically, the base color of the denim is brownish, so the indigo will fade into a more dirty tone.

Aahz very cool fit

oh these are Japan Blue jeans!!  I've always to know how they fit.. cultizm photos always look little more baggy.  Do you think the back pocket are too big sorta or just right?

man these are cool!  I'm still fading out my Nudie thin finn but they are not heavy denim so I'm thinking to grab another pair of selvage thicker one.... this would be a great alternative!

bought Darron 809V.... when i received i make pictures

The back pockets are fine. They're the same size overall as the shioner and thavar I have here.

I did try on some other brands where I really didn't like the pockets, either too big, too low, or both.

What I like is the clean design -- no frills or embellishments -- just like the Acne's. (Well, they have a cool blue stitching going down the inner seam.)

And the cut of these jeans is really nice in my opinion. Great proportion between the waist, thighs, and calves. They feel like a shioner with a slightly higher rise.

The ones I got are one size down from my normal diesel waist.

They will stretch for sure, but I don't think I could have worked out going smaller than this.

We'll see how they unfold.

Hi All,

I have been collecting Diesel jeans since 2002. I have been a member at Authneticforum, just decided to sign up with DB and subscribe to this thread, cuz I find many good information about new washes and their details here. As well as noce communication between members.

When I first purchased a Diesel jeans (a Zathan 796) in 2002, I kind of fell in love with this brand and I was able to collect more than 140 pairs of Diesel jeans ever since. Due to immigration to the US I sold a lot of my jeans which I was able to recollect some of them after settling in. You guys are doing an awesome job by posting photos and infos about the different models and washes.

I hope I can be as active as some of you guys are.

This is my first post here as a start, the jeans I wore today was Larkee 8NE. I will post pics once I become a little more familiar with this blog.

Everybody have a good one!
