What's your latest purchase? (Pics required) - Page 17

Received Viker 803W and Viker-R-Box 801N today.

The 803W is sooooo tight, I am not able to close the buttons! Definately have to size up.... I don't think they will stretch much because of the thick, rigid denim and even if they will, it won't be much enough that a size 29 will be comfortable. I will return and try a 30.

The only thing I am afraid of is that the legs below the knee will also be roomier in a larger size...

Anyway, very nice wash!!

The 801N are great though. Also stiff denim but not as much as the 803W and the waist / seat area is much more comfortable in my size 29.

I must say I am very surprised because I feared that the Viker will look too loose on me because I usually wear Safado but they are not. The legs are very slim for Vikers.

Great fit, I think I will keep them.

Will post some pictures soon.

Great choices! About the 803W, they are definitely going to stretch so make sure you're making the right decision with size. Also do post fit pics!!

Really, do you think so? Because now they feel very restricting...

In fact I ordered 2 pairs of the 803W and the second pair is a bit more comfortable and I am also able to button them up but still I am a bit afraid ending up with uncomfortable jeans.... and that would be really frustrating, especially with a pair as expensive as the 803Ws.

Yes, I will for sure post pics of the jeans and also fit pics. It might take until weekend though...

Yeah, I love BMWs.  I also have a 2012 X5 which is a year old now.  My dream car would be the new M5.  Maybe in a couple years time and Ill do the Euro delivery at the BMW Welt in Munich.

Friend why you two pairs of one wash? I do not understand ...confused.gifconfused.gifconfused.gif

Do you know how much Diesel washes can vary from pair to pair? Take a look at 888P for example. Or 882B.

I always order two pairs or even three if possible to choose the best one out of them and send the other ones back.

And I am pretty sure I am not the only one here who does it like this...

I do not know and do not think that someone is doing welicon_smile.gifl. 888p were two versions with different shades. I'm just in the store diesel Bratislava, and I do not see what would be different jeans ... There are only a few washes, which had different shades, but my friend I do not want to judge you, that's your business, but you simply create their own personal problems....... this is just my opinion.icon_biggrin.gif

I feel so limited now that I need to allocate funds to that diamond ring i committed to buy 2 weeks ago.. But I did manage to pick up a pair of D&G boots at the outlet in Paris.. checking out the Paris Diesel flagship store today, hopefully i won't see anything crazy...

Well, I make the experience that almost all Diesel Jeans I bought until now had variations.

Some pairs have more vertical streaks, more diestressing details (holes, abrasions), different wash effect (lighter areas etc)...

For example the 880W. There are pairs with more bleach spots and pairs with less.

Also concerning fitting:

I bought two Safados 8B9 and one of them was 2 cm shorter than the other although it was the same tagged size!

And same now with the Viker 803W. Both pairs I ordered are a size 29 but one of them is almost 1,5 cm tighter in the waist then the other one.

That just my..... eh, opinion. Or as you call it "personal problem" but thats fine for me.

Tim I agree with you, thus buying at retail are always best since you can choose and know exactly what you're getting.  But when that option is not available you take a chance w/ online purchase.  In your case it works to buy multiple and pick one that's most suitable, but for me this is not efficient since my credit card is in CAD, being charged and refunded in USD means everytime I lose $$$$ in exchange...

of course when the jeans are on discount online, I'd just buy it anyways and take the gamble.  luckily most of the time it always turn out good.. I had an issue once where I had to return the Shioner 801A on diesel online store; who knew I can't fit a 28x30L online vs 28x32L at store...

Right, Denim Collector. Picking out a pair in a store of course would be the best option. But the problem is that I have no Diesel store in my area. There are some shops who carry Diesel jeans though but I always have a hard time to get my desired lenght which is a 30.

So for me the best solution is to order directly from the Diesel Online store or any other Online shops who offer L30 and free shipping + returning.

No extra charges for me and I can pick out the best pair.

Perfect example of different variation is 73j. No 2 are exactly the same.

This is Thanaz 74k right? http://www.leboncoin.fr/vetements/363339219.htm?ca=16_s

Can the experts just reassure me and tell me it's real, the guy is selling it, or should i say giving it for 60 euros. I know the website, it's French, i just think the guy has no idea of it's value as he got it as a gift and is selling it because it doesn't fit.
Real for real. I would steal them from you if they were my size. icon_biggrin.gif
post #423 of 3310

Hi Denim Collector, what size do you need for 74Y? I would sell to you 31/32, if you want.

Anyone interested in Thanaz 74k 31x34 for only 120 euros? It's the cheapest you can get on the net for them.

Also, i'm interested in buying Tepphar 881w in 28x32 if anyone has them for sale.

I would get 74k tanaz 31x30 or 31x32.
