fit looks good, a bit to much stacking for me.

Just got home from a little early Spring shopping spree. I didn't get much, but I got good stuff.

I've been looking at jackets lately but I've been very annoyed by how similar they all look, and all the materials and everything. So I found what I was looking for. I also wanted to get a new perfume/cologne, so I got Jean Paul Gaultier Le Male. Which in my opinion is one of the best man's perfumes of modern times. It's definitely a good classic. I also got a pretty cheap t-shirt from Jack&Jones Core.

1. G-Star Altas Bomber Jacket

2. Jean Paul Gaultier "Le Male"

3. Jack&Jones Core T-shirt

Hi all, I'm new to higher quality denim and am looking at diesel! But I have zero idea what cut to buy, any suggestions? (I've done a little research and the Krooley, Darron, and Safado look the best to me)

so try Krooley, Darron and Safado

hello i wanna buy tepphar jeans but i need help with the size.

thavar - 31

narrot - 31-30

krooley jogg jeans - 30

black gold diesel jeans - 30

so what my size in tepphar you think?

Thread Starter

It really comes down to the wash, but you should probably go with w30.

i would say size 31 or even 30 "could" work (but will look very leggin-ish in tepphar IMO).. but i wouldn't size down from standard thavar size to standard tepphar size (not speaking about some washes, which runs large / small).

@zdendal do you have any of those cuts? I don't know how they would fit myself as I have big legs but a small waist
post #2785 of 3222

id say go with 31 in tepphar in most washes. some washes run much larger so you can size down to 30 but in my experience you should get a W31 in most tepphars. in others, like 807D you can safely size down to 30. i got it in 31 and it has stretched a bit so i should have taken a W30. other than that, in shioner thavar thanaz i get W31 and in krooley jogg W30 (most of which stretch but thats the whole point in getting a pair of jogg jeans IMO, to have a pair of jeans that looks like an actual pair of jeans but that is comfortable as a pair of sweat pants)

yes, thanaz, thavar, tepphar (shioners already sold / returned), safado, excess, (slammer already sold) and some kro-shorts.

I also don't know, what and how will fit you. We need to know, what did you tried in diesel, what size, what brand do you wear etc.

Just bought thavar 8QU light grey (at the tailor now), thavar 811P and thavar 803U...pics coming soon icon_smile.gif

I've never tried diesel before and I don't know of any stores near me, I have a 28" waist and about 24" thighs so that makes it difficult sometimes to find good slim jeans that fit
post #2789 of 3222

where did you find the 811p Getalonginated? what size you get.

Been keeping an eye on YOOX because I figured there's a chance they could restock a return. I grabbed a 28x34 from there ... Just got lucky. Gonna have to hem them but just a few inches and plus my tailor is perfect.

Cool man!!! Great buy!! Anyone got experience with Thavar 827w?? Not sure if I should get 28x30 or 29x30? Anyone know how they fit?

I tried it on, it was tight in the thighs comparing my usual Thavar size, I would suggest going for your "big" size

Thanks @Jyri ; sounds like I should get 29x30.  Anyone else have experiences w/ this pair.. will it stretch out much?

Got the package yesterday, essentially there are Thavar 811p, Thanaz 816L , Shioner 810M, Narrot 811A , Krooley-NE 800D , Polluce pants , Pisau pants , etc... I will post fit pictures as i try them all. (if you want some specific pictures just tell and i`ll do it no problem)

Sadly, i am a little dissapointed in Diesel, as the quality / customer service seems to be not the expected one (one would think that comes along with the higher price tag ) Anyway, here`s the deal:

1. I ordered 2 Stombol shirts from Diesel online store (some of the clothes in the pictures are also from yoox) sizes S and M as the amazon.com reviews i`ve read said that the shirt runs very small (which in fact didn`t prove out for me as i wear S and the S did fit me as expected). So the shirts came in 2 shippings as i`ve made 2 orders and the one that fits me well was properly packed, with some carton and plastic collars to mantain the shape of shirt`s collar, some clippers , the tags and a grey coloured seal. The second one, size M, which i now want to return, well... the only thing it had was the seal which was green , and no tag. From what is written on site, to return an item it should have the tag and seal present, so what would they do in this case, refuse the return ? :comp:

2. I ordered Thanaz 816L in size W28/L34 and Diesel sent me a W28/L32 size , i double checked the order/receipt , the code on the seal card it`s the same as the receipt one, etc, so they`ve obiously sent a wrong pair. Furthermore the jeans have a production flaw as the pocket with the "diesel industry" logo isn`t wide enough so that the logo could be seen entirely :

This may not be a flaw as i`m not very familiar with the Diesel jeans construction, but there is a bulge area in the denim (marked with red in the following picture) that makes the jeans look funny when i wear them. I though it was the intended design of the jeans so that the denim would mould better on the wearer`s back... but i`m not so sure about that...any idea ?

3. Not the first time when site`s pictures are not accurate at all towards the colouring of an item. For exemple the Coccinel hat in "blue nights" colour:

site VS. reality               (as a reference the t-shirt colour is true to life)

I`m going to return the white shirt and the Thanaz and hope there won't be any problems...

Have this happened to you, and if it did, how it ended ?

I'd love to see some pictures of your 811p. I'm looking to pick these up next month.
What size did you get?
ColdSteel, they won't make a big deal of it. You can just return/exchange them.

Pics of the narrot would be cool. I like this particular wash.

ColdSteel, please tell me where you get your money from? I am really interested!
I would love to have a bit free money to buy as much stuff as you! That is just great! Amazing stuff you got! Good luck with returning the things, hopefully they don't play the bitch game for the tags...

Great purchases!

Tepphar aren't leggings but sleenkers definitely yes ! No room in the calves for the latter. Very small leg opening.
