Diesel Fall/Winter 2012 (PICS) - Page 13

Haha! So true. I speak a little French and every time I'm there and try to speak they give me this look that says "stop butchering our beautiful language you Irish mongrel!!" ūüėÉ

Haha Baltimore, this is so true. I'm half french and half irish and live in France and see it all the time. I think the reason why french people hate seing peole talk englih to them is because french people, compared to german and nordic countries, are terrible at english so they think "we're in France, speak french!!" It's one of the reasons why french people are seen as arrogant hehe.

Dont wanna dissapoint you but the left one is a braddom and in real the wash is much brighter than shown in the picture. Nevertheless it is a quite good wash

Krooley 801Y and shioner 801A. They're both available on the online store.

If they're anything like that in the pic, I'm so getting them! The color on them is much different to the pics I've seen so far!

What's so special about selvage?

selvedge denim is usually higher quality and it doesnt fray supposedly. You will notice with selvedge denim that the outseam (on the inside) doesnt have the normal stitching there to keep the denim edges from fraying instead it is just a solid piece of denim with a separate color at the edge. You can google pics of it

it just refers to the edge. it requires a special loom. it literally means self-edge. hence, selvedge. the edge is self finished in the manufacturing of the textile itself. that is all. there are $50 selvedge gap jeans too, 'selvedge' is not an indicator of quality or value.

i admit, it looks cool especially as trim. for example, an exposed selvedge diesel coin pocket with diesel tag would be sickk.

Does anyone know the material of thanaz 660s and kroley 801N?
I have 2 pairs of diesel, thavar 8b9 and 888p, as you know both of them are 100% cotton and i find it difficult to move in them(Not because the size is too small, i think they fit right). So i prefer those with some elastine in it or maybe, it is just my posture that doesnt suit thavar....

Both are 100% cotton.

Baltimore, in confused about the pics. The first one looks like a herringbone wash but the rest don't. Are they the same jeans or two different ones? Oh and how much do they cost?
