Diesel sales?

I only got into diesel this year so never noticed theirs sales before. So they do online sales? Stores only? And are they for all items or selected few items only? And how often do they do this, like twice a year?

In Europe it's twice a year. Times vary but it's usually around Xmas and around June time. Store sales and online sales happen at the same time. Although some places will have their own sales and start whenever they decide. For example, ASOS will have midseason sales with diesel stock on offer as well as discount codes that occasionally pop up. Cultizm is always good for a sale. As far as diesel stores go, the really expensive pairs go on sale first with the more mass produced stuff goes on sale later. And it's usually 20-30% off.

Now I feel awful. I should have waited for the sale then. Why would people buy when it's not on sale?

Like Phukette said. Xmas time and end june. But If you live in holland or US (I think) the sales begin 2 weeks earlier. In other countries like germany, UK, france the sales begin in the last week of december and june. For holland for example it begins first week of december june. Anyway that's what my research told me :p

I also advice to check the little shops in your town, or little webshops... the chance is higher that they do have your size and with greater discount. Diesel give max 30% (US 20%) sale on jeans.

And why people pay full price? Because they have the money, they need a rare size (little sizes).

Diesel went half off some pairs too. Not on very many though  and it was at the very end of the sale.

i think for the most part, we buy em because we believe they are worth it. any sale is just icing.

I want the icing then. icon_razz.gif

I find it surprising that they gonna have sale just before Xmas. Okay now I have motivation to control my impulse buying. I just hate people buying it cheaper than me. icon_cool.gif

Diesel online and stores usually go 30% off at least twice a year....but it's on everything BUT denim. That is sometimes followed by 25-30% denim sales (and occasionally as much as 50% at the very end of the run) but I've found it's usually not the most popular washes that we tend to like here. Take Thavar 8X2, it's been out over a year and never on sale yet. You risk losing the opportunity to get what you want sometimes by waiting in vain for them to go on sale.

As noted, other department and online stores that sell Diesel are more likely to clear out their stock occasionally but popular sizes go first. Another option is a Diesel Outlet store. I've only been to the one at Woodbury Commons in New York, but pretty sure they have others around the US and other countries. Most stuff there is at least 25% off.
