Hi,
I sent the payment in 31 july and I didn't receive the jeans yet.
I kept on asking about the shipment but now I can' t have an answer any more.
At this time I think that they won't be delivered and now I don't need them any more, so I ask to be refunded.
I can't have an answer, so I ask somebody to help me and tell me what to do.

I need an answer about my jeans which I never received and I paid 175 $

Please give me my money back!

Have you opened a case in PayPal? They will look into this and probably issue you a refund.

It seems that the transaction was like 8 months ago. You cannot open a case in PayPal because it's more than 45 days ago (It should be automatically closed).

If you paid with credit card (rather than PayPal balance), try to contact your bank and file a chargeback (well I am not sure if you can even do this now because 8 months go beyond the 180-day chargeback limit, but the period may be different between banks).

Call your bank immediately and see what you can do. Next time don't wait too long because after 45 days it's out of PayPal's business.

Why do you keep asking that?

Well it's obvious he's not going to answer. Your best bet would be to follow advice given to you by JerryWDH. I will try and contact him myself to see if he can clarify the situation. If he doesn't the best I can do is ban him so he doesn't con anyone again.
