SEVENS AT TJ MAXX-REAL OR FAKE!!!???

I recently found some Sevens Flynt capris @ TJ Maxx. There is 15-20 pairs and they seem authentic, but on every single pair the largest tag that WAS in the middle has been cut off! Does this automatically mean they are all fakes? If they are real why/who would cut the tag off? I havent bought them yet, I put them on layaway until I can figure out if they are real or not.

I can only speak of my experience with diesels which is this: Many smaller stores fall into the same trap as ignorant (I mean this in the classical sense, not the derogitory one) sellers on ebay - buying wholesale and not knowing what the real deal looks like.

I've seen fake diesels in Yellow Rat Bastard (a very well respected store in NYC) as well other larger department stores. This is not to say that all are guilty, but I can honestly say that I've even seen fakes in Filenes Basement! Caveat emptor.

Hi, I used to go to this store that would have clothing from Express, Limited, Levis, etc... and the inside tag would be either ripped out or crossed out in marker - I think this is bc these ones have minor glitches and they can't sell them to regular retailers so they sell them to places like that that can sell them for discount. I have always seen authentic cloting at these stores but with minor flaws, for example I bought a Victorias Secret Swimsuit there and there was a tiny patched up hole in the bottom. That is the reason it was discount and the tag was crossed out.

The legal authentic ones will have the tags cut because it is a requirement to do so. If TJ Maxx does not cut the labels they can be fined.

real

I have bought many pairs of sevens and yanuks and other jeans at marshalls and tjmaxx. They are usually threre because they arfe damaged in production or last seasons. they cut the tag so you cant return them to department stores. My opinmion is that they are very Real. jaime

i got some seven rockers at stein mart and they were real. small as hell but real!
