Flip flop stacking question

So while I was in Miami this past week, I was rocking Thavar, Thanaz, and Tepphar. All a bit long for stacking. But the heat and general style down there made flip flops a must.

 

So my question is: How do you guys keep your longer jeans from tucking under the heel of the foot when wearing flip flops? 

 

I found that the small leg opening of the Tepphars lend themselves perfectly to flip flops but Thavar and Thanaz give me stress haha. 

 

HELP ME GOOD PEOPLES OF DB! Do I need to just replicate my wardrobe in shorter inseams just for flip flops?!

I'm horribly paranoid about unwanted long term creasing or unintended de-creasing of pre-shaped pants. Solutions? I am not adverse to the look at all whatsoever but I feel like it's sacrilege doing that to a pair of 3d evolutions for example.

Well, if it's hot, you might want to avoid denim altogether. Shorts or chinos might be a better choice.

I don't think I could survive Miami in Diesel jeans lol. Tepphar are easy to wear with flip flops as you already know.. so just do that ;)
