Good call on the desert boots. Chukkas are a great staple of stylish footware. John Varvatos and Clarks make good ones, though there are others as well. Zappos has a nice selection varying in style and price.

I wore Fuel to the Fire today.

I also received Work a day today. it is a good thing I sized up to a 30 because these fit much tighter than Jake aw11 17.5. I dont know if the people who didnt like this wash saw a bad pair or what but this wash is amazing. It is easily the best wash this season and it can be a future classic. Pics on LVR really dont do justice. Also, this wash is even better than Rack Rail. I LOVE this wash! This wash is a must buy for anyone who has discount code and is hesitant about pulling the trigger. These really are incredible.

That wash looks killer. Awesome shade of blue balanced out by the dirty effects.

Haha I guess dirty jeans are not my thing :P I like Clawmark/Distress oil(that sort of jeans with the beautiful blue base color) better haha!! But when it comes to dirty jeans, I think both RACK RAILs and WADs do such brilliant jobs

Yeah I was worried they would be too big for me like the size 30 Jakes I just sold to Msalonen. But they fit perfect. Im very happy with them

I just tried that code and it is still active but it only works for SS12 items. The AW12 collection isnt included. I bought these WAD just in time because they were still considered SS12 when I bought them. Now they are considered AW12. However, life brush and some others the code works with. Just select SS12 collections and look there

That makes sense, since it stopped working for the LVR jakes but still said it applied. Might try using it on something else.

It worked at first, but I also wanted to go for yours since the price difference was worth seeing pics of the actual pair and knowing the more accurate measurements.

Not sure what other pair I want from LVR though...

MIJ raws are the most classy pair of jeans ever made. I really think they are just incredible. They are so comfortable once broken in. Yours fit you well too

jeanetic, i honestly think those workadays fit you so great. the best ever, i must say.

 

i wore UMCs with "darker" boots today.

The more I see the WADs the more I want them.  They fit you perfect Jeanetic and the wash is very interesting.

 

Marcus, the UMCs look perfect.  I especially like the color for the summer.  Thanks for the kind words on the raws!  I'm enjoying the process a lot.

My first pair of raws was APC NS, but they weren't slim enough at the hem.  I like their PS much better (have a pair of their raw noir MIJ selvedge).
