Real or Fake?

Hi everybody

 

I bought these from ebay and just received them in the mail.  After opening the package, almost immediately, I had a feeling these were not authentic 7FAM.  I'm uploading some pictures...so if you guys could help me and tell me your opinion regarding the authenticity of these jeans that would be very helpful.  

 

In the pictures:

 

Jeans - full view of the front and back (Dojo, Havasu wash)

Button - does not say "seven for all mankind" just "for all mankind"

Waistband - the words "for all mankind" seem too close together (compared to my other 7FAM)

Back - the pockets are uneven (they do not line up) and the waistband is crooked

Tag - does not have the style or cut number, also the size tag is to the side
