Hey guys, new to posting here but been reading for a long time.

Wanted to get your advice on something. Tried the 888P yesterday at Nordstrom in a 31, and they fit well but a little loose, not too much though. My usual size in diesel is 30, in which I also have the thavar 885S (my current favorites). I've also tried the 886B's in 30 and 31.

The thing is that I like skinny fits (not super tight form fitting though), but if I size down too much then I tend to get the dreaded crotch blowout even when its fitting well, so I'm not sure whether to get the 31 or 30 in the 888P.

Thanks!

Hi, yesterady arrives me my new Thavar 888P, ordered directly from the Diesel Online Store. I´m not sure with the color of this Jeans. First she look´s so booooring for me and I can tell you that the color are exactly like the Pictures on the Diesel Online Store. A minimal stitch of yellow in the bleached areas. The most other of my Diesel Jeans (many Safado´s) are in Size 34/34 to long. I´m 1.86m high and my weight are 90kg. The Thavar 888P in Size 34/34 are the shortest Jeans that I ever worn from Diesel in this Size, but it fits me perfect.

The Denim from this model is very stiff and I think this Denim will not stretch out. Now I must see if I are lucky with this wash or not. Allk the pictures on ASOS and other Sites show a different color as the Diesel Online Store and only the Diesel Online Store have the exact color in his Pictures.

I have bought a Thavar 8NE from newyorkspeedshop.com last Weekend in Size 33/32 and I hope the wash looks better as the wash from my Thavar 888P. The Denim from the 8NE wash are different to the 888P wash and stretch much more out and the 8NE are in Size 33/32 so long like the 888P in Size 34/34.

Sorry for my english, I´m from Germany.

^ congrats on the new jeans and welcome.

With 888p, they are super unique, and has many different shades of blue/yellow from pair to pair. If you just do a search here, you will find posting/fit pics of them and they are all different. I say this is one of the best washes.

Thanks, I think I´m crazy. 5 minutes ago I have ordered 2 Thavar 888P again from Diesel Online Store, so that I have 3 from this at my home in the next days. I will look wich one have the best wash and the other both goes back to Diesel.

I hope my Thavar 8NE looks much more better. I have ordered a brand newThavar 8X2 from Ebay Germany and I hope this jeans will be nice.

On my wishlist are actually the Thavar 886b, but I have seen that are minimum 2 completely different washes are on the market. I love one from them, the other is booooring.

You can see the difference on the leather patches on the backside. One from the washes have 2 different color leather patches and the other one have 2 leather patches in the same colour.

have anyone seen this also - or are crazy?

you are correct. The 886p from zappos is the good one.

Ok, but zappos don't have my size. Is the 886B on Zappos the same like on ASOS?

Don't worry, back in the days, I ordered like 6 pairs of 72L because wash vary so much from pair to pair, I kept 2. ^^

6 pairs? Wow, ok I hope 1 from the 3 which I have ordered are nice. The first one is not nice and I will send them back. I think a Jeans which cost €240 must be look special and not like a "normal" Jeans.

I'm kind of in the same boat. I bit the bullet on the last 888p in my size at my nearby nordstrom, but I'm not 100% sure on them. They don't seem as contrasted as other pairs and seem extra yellow. They also seem lighter, but that could just be me not usually wearing light colored jeans.

Objectively they look pretty cool, but I dont know if they really look that good on me. Maybe I can get your opinion guys? I have a rough fit pic from trying them on at the store.

Just post the pic, we'll see.

Actually, I want a pair like the one Jeanetic had...looks really great on the pics.

I bought one on sale on nordstrom, I'll receive it next week i think. It takes some time if I believe the mails they sent me.

Great jeans. I was thinking about purchasing a pair in the same size but I'm unsure as to what length I should get. What is your height?

I am 5'9 and these are an okay length at 29x32. http://vip.zappos.com/product/7968623/color/346?zfcTest=fw:1 this is a link to this wash on sale.

I have to say that  there is no chance that I would have fit in these if i would have got my normal size 28. I got the 29 instead and I am very happy I did so. These are also a little short for my taste. I will keep them nonetheless.

agreed. look at Zappos. They were having sale on 888p right now

How does 888p size come compared to thavar 8b9 or thanaz 74k?

Is it tighter than 8b9 in same size? and do the stretch?

The size I want is 30 waist, but they only have 29 at zappos, so I am thinking if I should just go for 29
