I don't think TR Joeys are fem, when you think about it, Mens jeans are just boring... theres nothing really to 'em. TRs look fun on men, considering they where a mens brand initially. Besides, your can't tell me the 'girly' curlie cue on sevens, the squigly h on citizens, and the curvy R on rock and republics arent GIRLY? When you look at abercrombie, their jeans just bore me.

well I picked up a pair of TR Joey in dark vintage and I love them, not to mention my first time wearing them to the mall I noticed they got lots of looks, hopefully not bad ones, but Iam happy with them, really want a pair of the patchwork next...

I like Joey's on guys. IMO, I really depends on HOW and WHAT they wear 'em with. Too tight...eeewwwww gross! My hubby wears all his jeans a little baggy...the pockets sit right where they need to be. Ultimately, the top and shoes make or break the overall outcome, no different than for any of us gals!

I've seen my hubby dress his TR's up and down and they looked awesome, but I've also seen him wear stuff that just wasn't going to happen. ~i.e. you just CAN'T wear an old cut up gray Steelers sweatshirt (normally worn when working out) with a long sleeved off-white thermal, and Destroyed TR's, with white and tan adidas.~ It's perfectly fine around the house, but not so much when you want to venture out in public...might as well add a flourescent green fanny pack and a pink feathered boa.

I've seen (in real life) only one guy who looked damn hot in TR Joeys. His whole outfit was so balanced.
I love TR for myself,but not really on guys. Well it depends on how you wear them and how tall, how slim or not slim you are etc....
I've seen one in TR Black with embroidered Buddah pocket....He wore them so low...way below his hips and 3 size bigger than he is...He had huge metal chain from belt loop to his back pocket, some funny underwear, some ugly hip hop sneakers, super baggy A&F hoodie and on top of that trucker hat LOL

And about hubbies...Mine was wearing only H&M or ZARA before, but since he saw Tverniti So and Nudie ...He is buying them like crazy. Looks very good on him. And he hates SFAMK, PD&C, R&R and TR especially...

I find that Nudie, APC, PD&C and Earnest Sewns 99% look great on men.

I think the men's Joeys back pockets look kinda goofy/cartoon-ish- they are so big!!
Though, I think the right guy could pull them off. If I saw a guy wearing them I would do a double take- mostly 'cause I have never seen anyone who lives in my city wearing TR but also because maybe he has some fashion sense!

I agree...I've also seen a few Chip & Peppers that look good too. It's only a matter of time before mine is into Nudie, I'm sure.

Haha, a year ago if anyone would have told me my husband would spend as much, or more, on clothes as me, I would have laughed in their face and said they were crazy. Oh well, the positive is he doesn't complain about how much I spend on clothes anymore.

When we go shop its usually me, my BF and our little boy who is pulling cloth out of racks, making a mess everywhere, so I have to be a speed shopper.

TR Jonny is ok for guys IMO, way better than Joey....because of pockets and more slimmer cut. Joeys are way too loose.... Most of guys I've seen in TR are dressing like a cowboys, boots, some shirt and hat That's what I saw on streets ....

I have seen guys wear Joey and they looked good. I guess as long as they are not too tight, they are good for guys. I do agree PD&C is the best brand for guys, long or short. Mine wears Levis and Tommy hilfiger....sigh....

I got my bf to get a pair of joeys after getting him to try them on. They looked so good on him...*drools*. Fit perfectly and accentuated everything well. The pockets aren't bad IMO. I think that if the guy has a nice ass, it'll compliment. Funny thing was that when we were at the store, this salesguy had them on as well, and they looked sooooooooo bad because he wore them 2 sizes too big and on the brink of just sliding off of him.
Between the joeys and the R & R Johnnys he wears sometimes (he's more a pants kinda guy, at least that was before I met him...I think I've kinda passed on some of my jeans obsession to him) I think the joeys look better.
Just my 2 cents...
So, all the guys who have them...I think they are hot!

haha thanks I have 4 pairs of Joeys-I LOVE ALL OF THEM I have one bobby they're ok, but yeah just reiterating its really how you wear them-Joeys are made loose for a reason-it looks very dumb to wear them tight(or extremely baggy) You just gotta know how to rock them

Hey dont knock levis. Some of them are friggin awsome.

Thanks. The raw ones are a LOT more durable than the other super soft denims that TR makes. So far the cords to me are a close second in terms of durability and those are REALLY comfy too. Also keep in mind tho that those jeans are a waist 34, and they're HUGE for that size - I usually wear a 36.
