Can I size down in Krooley?

I normally wear Thanaz, Thavar, Shioner, and Safado but I really like the look of the Krooley 882d... Found a pair online for a good price but they're a 28x32 and I usually wear a 29x30 or 32 if I have to (certain washes don't come in a 30) I like my jeans tight and 29 is perfect for me but I'm thinking I can get away with a 28 in krooley since its a carrot fit?

 

Anyone who wears both Thanaz, Thavar, Shioner AND Krooley please let me know if you stick with your normal size or size down.

I hope someone who owns them answers you soon, because ive been eyeing up krooleys for like 8 months , but i do not have a diesel store close enough for me to try them on, what i do know is they are a tapered fit jean which typically tapered fit is skinny but with more generosity in the waist and thighs, which is perfect for me having thick thighs, so technically i would think that means you could size down, but you know diesel they have many exceptions to normal jean fitting rules, depending on cut and wash

yea, I believe you can. I sized down when it comes to Krooleys. I own mostly thavars, krooleys, and a darron in my collection. I also have thick thighs. but definitely you could size down.

Thanks for the reply! I think I'm going to just do it and see what happens... They are so awesome looking and I really want them! Worst case scenario is I have to exchange them for something else :)

Yea, I didn't think I could size down, me being on the thicker side, but after trying on smaller size, I was quite happy with the fit. In fact my first krooley is my regular size, and it is quite loose on the waist. I am sure you could size down without worries.

i appreciate that but jasonzathan ill tell you man krooleys rule with giving you that slim look with having thunder thighs like i do lol

looks good. I feel you on the thick thighs. but krooleys are good cuts for people with that issue. also safado is another good fit.

Do what? You would recommend a slim straight cut for someone with thick thighs? I think Viker or Larkee or preferably Braddom(for the nice taper) would be best for thick thighs. People with thick thighs usually dont want slim anything, ya know?

safados kill my thighs i gave up on them ! and they sit too low for my round ass lol

Well, thick thigh is very relative term, however I believe I am one those people with that issue, and those cuts are flattering and nice fit for me. granted I also wear thavar too.

I have pretty muscular thighs and if i try on safado sized up from my normal size i still cant really move. i wear vikers and literally there isnt even a pinch of extra fabric around the thighs so i would discourage anyone w/ large thighs going w/ safado. i actually hate the cut!

actually baltimore believe it or not they are marc anthony boots from his collecttion at a store called kohl's , as cheap as that store is these boots are soo badass :)

See thats the thing... I don't have super thick thighs so I want to size down so they arent too relaxed looking but at the same time I'm afraid that in order to achieve the look I want in the thighs I will have too go uncomfortably tight in the waist. I'm thinking Krooley might not be the right cut for me. I really like some of the washes though and the back pockets are awesome! I also like the angle of the front pockets... Damn. I think I'm gonna scoop up a pair of 88Z cause they're cheap and MII and I don't have that wash in any other cuts, it's kind of a staple wash for Diesel.

 

Thanks to Jeanetic who hooked it up with a link to some heavily discounted Thanaz I will have a new pair of 887k in a few days! Im so excited!
