"No Return" Policy for Diesels on eBay - Should I be worried?

Is this pair of Diesel Viker-R-Box posted on eBay too good to be true? The "no return" aspect scares me. A friend told me I should post the link here to see what you guys think. Please let me know ASAP so I can take advantage of the "buy it now" feature.

You should never be worried if a seller doesnt offer a return policy because if the item is fake or not as described eBay will force them to accept a return and you will still get your money back. A return policy doesnt mean they are real or fake and no return policy doesnt mean they are real or fake.

^What Jeanetic said. The only thing that "No Returns" means is that you should know your size and measurements before hitting that Bid or BIN button. (and if they are not clearly listed, you should ask the seller for the aligned waist, rise, hip, thigh, and inseam, at minimum)
