HELP! Wishing for the 'perfect skinny Jean new year' corny, I know'

 

I've been trying to find the perfect fit forever. I love J Brand Skinny Leg in Forever - LOVE the higher rise, but I'm 5'9" - not so great on the short length. I'm also always hiking them up!

 

Any suggestions / recommendations would make for a fabulous new year!

Best and Most Interesting jeans I've come across is Italia A Ibiza jeans, truly great collection... caught my attention...
