a few noob questions

Welcome - will try to answer for you.

1) Diesel actually only have some specific washes and cuts still made in Italy.  rest are possibly some other european countries like Romania.  Made in Italy jeans should have the Italy color stitch on the rear left belt loop area.  ones without it can still be authentic, but just not made in Italy.  My Black Darron 64U and Tepphar 8PI do not have the Italy stitch and was bought in Diesel Store.  I guess everyone is cutting down cost.

2) I do buy my jeans off eBay sometimes.  There's trusted sellers that you can buy who also have their online store.  Also once you get the jeans you can check the microstitching.  Like anything else, buying off eBay always have risks.

3) there's few out there.. I think Jeanetic likes www.NewYorkSpeed.com; I like www.ssense.com since I'm in Canada and so r they.  Asos.com in UK is pretty good too and often goes on Sale.  I recently bought pair of Shioner 8PN on French Website DressRoom.com but I haven't got it yet.  I hope they are legit.  Also do a search, there's few other good sites people like to go.

1) From what I understand. Diesel makes everything in Italy except for replenishment styles which they make too much of to manufacture in Italy so they outsource but everything is still hand made.

2) I don't really buy from ebay unless I find some crazy good auction but I'm about the NEW stuff not the USED. 

3) I'm with Jeanetic, www.NewYorkSpeed.com is the way to go. They have been really friendly and offer really great discounts all the time. They did overnight shipping for me and I was told that they can order specific sizes or items they don't have in stock. 

RE: 3) REALLY!???? because Ideally I would want to have 30L.. and most of the time they only carry 32L....

I sold bunch of stuff on eBay so I have some paypal Fund.. I'm thinking to pick up either Thavar 8NE, Shioner 74Y or the Braddom 887... but they don't have 28x30.  so do we just email him to see if he can get Length 30??

I called because they're website isn't that detailed on the shipping stuff and I wanted it overnight.  Since I was on the phone I asked a bunch of questions lol.  One of them was, "Where do you get your product from?".  I'm not much for getting fakes or dealing with BS of any kind so I like to ask even if I'm referred.  lol But anyway he told me that they order directly from the manufacturers and that if I had any requests in the future, there's a big possibility that they could take care of me  I called the first time and emailed the second time, I got a response almost immediately both times.
