Hi, I am 5'9, 16 years old and a male.  I wear a inseam of 30-32, but there are some trues up which are size 34 inseam and 28 waist, will this be too big on me? I wear a 28-32 waist.

Well, a 34 inseam will certainly be too long--so you'll need to get them hemmed to the proper length. Most manufacturers make all their jeans with long inseams (33-34ish) and figure that everyone else can hem--since it's obviously impossible for tall guys to "grow" inseam lengths on their jeans! Most women's inseams work this way as well, but it's less of a problem for guys because you don't wear heels (I hope) and men also have shorter legs relative to their total height anyway.
