The Valentino Garavani Virtual Museum went live this week. The virtual museum is designed simulate walking through an actual museum, with white walls, slick floors and skylights.

The over 300+ garments are placed in rooms by color or theme in order to enhance the viewers experience.

After the popularity of the Alexander McQueen exhibit at The Met, I think this is the perfect way to reach out to fans world wide.

What do you think of this idea, do you think more fashion houses should adopt it?
