Lace-Up Jeans: Yay or Nay?

Lace-up jeans are popping up a bit more this season and will probably linger on into Spring. They range from flares to skinny. I think the style is actually quite more wearable than people think. With a plain tee and a jacket or sweater they would look perfect. You can check out a few styles below.

I dont think I like it. Maybe if it was just a the top two eyelets with lace (at the closure) and the rest button fly. I think the whole fly being lace looks odd.

I had jeans like this when I was in middle school/high school, almost identical to the first pair. I think this is a trend I'll be skipping!
