IS THIS A FAKE ROCK & REPUBLIC?

Can someone please help me determine if these jeans are fake?  I bought them off of an online site called HAUTELOOK.  They "claim" they are real.  But I don't know at all.

Thank you I just want to make sure since I saw there were a bunch of complaints from other consumers an the authenticity of the websites authenticity after I purchased the jeans. They were only $60. And I have only seen rock republics with the designer "R" on the back pockets not like it is Shown here

They were "only" $60 because they are no longer worth anything. The company went bankrupt, was bought out by VF Corp and the rights to sell them is now exclusively to Khols. They going to be unveiling there in the spring for about $60 retail. A few months back they had a huge auction where all of their inventory was auctioned off to help pay down their debts. Several companies bought out their remaining stock and is selling them at what they can get for them(which is about $60 brand new).

I've seen R&Rs selling for $20 locally now, so $60 isn't actually all that cheap.

Yeah, they are pretty worthless, but that being said, I think some of their dress shoes actually look pretty good.   Now that they're about to start selling everything at Kohl's for dirt cheap, I should be able to stock up on some of their older nicer shoes for super low prices.
