Quetingen - Thanks for responding to my post, it's appreciated. Although I originally questioned those sites, I do like to give sellers the benefit of the doubt by starting this simple thread. Thanks again for the heads up.

From the time I have been scammed by this website, although I got the money back (took 3 months), I decided not to buy any stuff from sites without stating their returning addresses and I recommend it to you do the same thing.

I was also scammed by this seller.  How were you able to get your money back?

In my case the seller claims that the transport company that has replaced their original diesel jeans in the shipment with fake ones, so they cannot refund me rolleyes.gif

In any case, do not buy anything from dieseloutlet.org, and in general be sceptical to anything that is sold from China.

Never buy anything from a website that has the brand name in the URL unless it is that specific brands website. It will be fake merchandise 100% of the time without a doubt.

One way is to check the IP and see where it is based from. Anything from China is ALWAYS fake!

Please don't make blanket statements like that if you really don't know. Many sites from China are fake but not all. I had purchased authentic merchandise from chiese retailers on more than one occasion. looking to see if the IP address says china is not going to be the line factor in determining if the items are fakes.

Good point. I've just seen many fakes from chinese IP's. But you are right, didn't mean to make the "ALWAYS" statement. I am sure there are several exceptions.

Diesel should post on their website all the fake websites that spring up. That was people have an HQ to refer to. :)

Could you tell me how did u get ur money back?

Call your credit card company or bank and they will help you. Tell them you received counterfeit items and it isn't what you ordered. If you live in USA then I will be very easy to get your money back. If not then it may be harder
