My post "held for moderation"? Did something go wrong?

I made a fourth post on the forum yesterday before confirming my email and it told me "the post will be held for moderation, since you're new". Why did it never go through? It was a legit post. Is this an error? I checked my post count and it's counted, but it never went through.

obvioulsy if you just joined then you didnt do anything wrong. Just be patient.
