Thanks , will they stretch a lot?

All diesel jeans stretch.. also the 8ne's are a bit tighter on the thighs than other thavars so u can size up, also there is a similar wash to these in the latest f/w 11 collection, the Krooley 882d, you might want to check it out

I wouldnt size up if I were you. I got a size 29 instead of a 28 because its all that was left and I wanted to shoot myself for it. Definitely do not size up. My waist measurement is 31 inches around. That should give you a basis for getting the right size.

It's difficult to find your size on the internet, maybe you should go to the stores. I recently got myself a Thavar 8ne, the wash is a work of art, beautiful. For some reason it wears tighter than my 8B9 though (both 32's) and does not stretch any more than the other washes. I wear 31's on larkees and vikers but have to size up on safados and thavars.

how is the size and fitment compare to 8x2.

I got both in 29/32 and they fit the same except the fact, that the 8x2 is a lot stiffer while the 8ne is soft.

My English is poor, forgive me for I just translated these sentences for you!

Could you please let me know what size for 8NE? For example, 8X2 means 29X32.

If you wear a 29x32 in 8x2 and it doesnt fit too tightly then I would go for the 28 in the 8ne. I wear a 28x32 in 8x2 and it fits me very tightly so I would want a 28x32 in the 8ne. So if your 29x32 in the 8ne fit you very tightly then I would get that same size in 8ne. 8ne is VERY stretchy. You will be sorry if you do not get the smallest size that you can fit into.

i hope this helps.

I been looking for Thavar 8NE and one popped up.. in 28.. but since you said it'll stretch maybe I should be looking at 27 instead eh?? I dont own any Thavar yet..  I'm debating if I should get 8NE or just bite the bullet and order the new Shioner 74Y???? confused.gif

Thavar 8NE is a great wash, soft and also they start out pretty tight on the waist but stretch out a lot more.  The legs give a little stretch and freedom too.  In Thavar, I always go down 1 or 2 sizes because their waists just always run big.  In Thavar 8X2, it's such a stiff denim so the legs feel tighter especially around the knee, but the problem is the waist is so big to start with I went down 2 sizes and it's still big on my waist but I can't go smaller or my legs won't be able to breathe.

In my opinion- Shioner 74Y is kool looking but less of an everyday jean.  My Thavar 8NE is so useful because i can wear them with sneakers, combat boots, and they also look great dressed up with dress shoes and a blazer!

Lastly, the 882D wash is nothing like 8NE in my opinion.  The 8NE is so much classier and fashion forward, the 882D wash looks (to me) more like a young wear a pair of high top kicks kind of wash.  I have all of the above stated except the Shioner so if any more questions, feel free to ask me!

Found these in many sizes by the way on Ebay.  Just type in Thavar 8NE.  I found 27x30 and also 31x32
