Oh, OK, thanks , the name did seem off. Do you know the wash of the New Fanker Raw, I didn't see a wash code on Assos.. do you know if these are the thick/heavy sturdy raw denim ?

Found it it's 604b, I think historically the 6xx washes were very thin, but I do not know this wash so have to wait and see if anyone has the info on these.

Historically, the alpha numeric sequence of wash codes has no bearing whatsoever on the jeans. Those codes are random so I wouldn't pay any attention to that. I have this wash in shioner it's quite nice. Denim is mid gauge. At a guess I'd say 10.5oz with a little elastine that adds more "give" to the jeans rather than making them stretchy. All in dark raw colour. I would size down though. This wash runs big.

Hi, just wondering if any of the diesel pro's on here can help ☺️, I'm trying to find a pair of diesel "jake" sn: D792 somewhere, anywhere!! Iv totally worn out the ones I have and can't find another pair anywhere online and just came across this thread while looking, the ones I have are about 6 years old I think. il try to upload a pic or link to the ones I'm talking about, huge thanks in advance!! http://m.ebay.co.uk/itm/Mens-diesel-jeans-32-w-32-l-jake-slouch-style-bnwt-/351106899476

I don't think we can help you, because jeans in ebay link are fake. Better to say uggly and fake.

Well each to their own 😋 I put up the ebay link because it's the only pic I could find of them, I'm not looking for a fake pair I'm looking to replace the genuine ones I have already which I bought In a designer store. If anyone can help I'd appreciate it
post #38 of 51
They're not fake zdenal, diesel has two brand presences in the uk and Ireland which came from a split in the brand in the 80s. Diesels uk division went out on it's own and kept the name and now trade independently. It's a cheaper, more generic version of the brand with a completely different ethos to Italian diesel but definitely not fake.
As for coolaboola(love the name, love/hate right?) it's gonna be really hard to find a pair of those as they don't have the following that Italian diesel has and if they've been discontinued, which I assume they have, then I'd say it'll be impossible to find a pair now.

ah, sorry, my mistake. but anyway, they don't look nice :-D

You couldn't have known. As far as I know, this particular "diesel" only exists in the uk and Ireland.
Yes Phukette I bought them in Ireland so Id say you're absoloutley right there, iv been in touch with diesels online store and they told me to mail dieselsupport_ec, so I did but they're very slow to reply. I just love the fit of these they're like a glove and so comfy on a casual day. I guess il just have to come to terms with not being able to find them anymore. And love/hate 😄😄 you're correct once again 😄 well spotted you don't miss much 👍 "alright franno" haha

Does anyone know the difference between Buster, Darron and Krooley?

Krooley>darron>>>>>>>>>>>>>buster.
Buster is a slim taper. Not as slim as tepphar but around the safado/thavar mark.

Thanks mate. Are you saying those arrows as in better than?

I'm tempted to try a Buster, I find my Thavar and Thanaz have quite wide leg openings.

Well then you won't like buster. It has a similar leg opening to thavar. Try tepphar or even sleenker. And > = greater than.

Cool thanks.

FYI, sleenker is very slim throughout, thigh is pretty tight, definitely tighter than tepphar
post #48 of 51
Thanks. I've tried Tepphar, Shioner, Thavar, Thanaz and Darron
post #49 of 51
Wow @ Phukette I never knew that.
That probably explains the large Diesel store I stumbled across in Dublin a few years back that was nothing like a rrgular Diesel store, i remember having a lengthy conversation with my girlfriend that went something like "I just dont understand how they are able to get away with using the Diesel brand to sell fake clothes".

IMO, sleenker has tighter thigh than all of these. If you want a straight skinny jean with small leg opening, sleenker is your cut
