I guess it really depends on what style of jeans you wear. Give me the brands and cuts(boot, skinny, straight, relaxed, etc.) and what types of shoes you wear and Ill give you my opinion on the shirts that would look good with it. In the end, it only matters that you like it though. So you can take my advice and try the stuff on but if you feel it doesnt work for you the discard it. I will tell you that most (good looking) women stay far far away from guys who wear the jersey-shore-esque shirts.

Definitely cuff/roll the sleeves up slightly as seen in the pic of the first shirt. Also Diesel T shirts are good for wearing out during the day. I also suggest that for wearing bootcut jeans out at night you look into some good chukka style boots(Clarks maybe) or booties(like Steve Madden Thomson booties which are sold out, unfortunately).
