there will be a lot of heavily bleached and bright washes in ss12 main. most denims have a high color contrast from a light blue to bleached spots which are nearly white. this is inspired by the overexposure of polaroid cameras. really dark washes will be hard to find. also there will be only very few blue icon washes. 

 

another big theme is colored denim e.g. orange and light purple denim in chino-style.

 

you can expect a white thanaz as well as a very bright striped thanaz similar to the tepphar 8pk.

Ive been sitting on this for a while because I have been seriously considering pulling the trigger on these but I just cant. I have to save my money for more Dior Homme. Its a shame because this is my most wanted pair and I have the oppurtunity to get them for only $260 but I just know as soon as I buy these my DH Jakes will come available or something. Anyways as a help to you my friends. Here is the shioner 74y for a good discount.

The irony of this is that someone just PMed me with a pair of Jakes they may want to sell. Good things come to those who wait.....but we will see cause this deal isnt done yet!

i dont know if its the pictures, but the jean color looks different than the one shown in runway. really want to see it in person, but the price is pretty tempting.

 

anyone know if 74y has any stretch or 100% cotton?

74Y is 100% 13.25 ounce denim. i think i might get in larkee, but have to see in person first. i love the reinforced hole. i wish theyd do more washes with reinforced holes.

They look pretty tapered to me, at least in that picture.  From what I can tell, I would expect them to be like a Thanaz on the bottom, but looser up, like a standard Larkee.

Larkee-T is a tapered cut similar to darron

It is tapered but it isnt anything similar to Darron. It would be more similar to carrot fit like Krooley than a slim-tapered fit like Darron. Larkee is big in the thighs and Darron is slim in the thighs. The taper on Darron goes down to 14".

Yep yep, let's get ss12 started! I'm diggin 68z so much! I hope the tepphar will fit me good.. not too tight, then I def will buy it. I think larkee-t will be too loose, but on the pic above it looks quite slim fitted.
