Diesel's looks might change from S/S 2012 as they've stopped sand blasting the denims, so lookin forward to them.

Mire and more money to buy them, more room to stack them and more Time to wear them i have around 30 pairs, mostly thanazs and thavars, two tepphars and a safado, i havent wear some pairs for a while !

Yeah I have the same problem as you^^^^^ I own waaaay too many pairs and I try to make room for everyone throughout the month. I have some pairs that I wear more than others though. I may wear my turbodenim, Darron-a's, and now my jogg jeans several times a month while the other will be once a month still. However, I am selling off a lot of my other pairs(that arent diesel) to make money to buy more Diesels.

 

I cant honestly say Im a fan of any of those because I cant really get a good idea of what they look like. I am going to try to DL the pics and zoom in..maybe that will help

I tried to DL the images and zoom in but it was too blurry for me to make anything out. Do you know any of the wash names or do you have any close ups of the washes?

Damn it's already august.... another 3/4 months and we can buy cheap fw11 jeans :D

 

You guys have to keep yourself away from buying, I think I'm blessed with being broke at the moment, bought 6-10 (don't know the excact count) from ss11 and 1 from fw11... and for more I will wait for sale.

Yeah you are alone unless you are speaking directly to the name and not to the idea. The name "jogg jeans" is really really stupid/corny/gay. But it is what Diesel has chosen to call them so its what we call them. Now as far as the idea itself goes, it isnt really exactly what they say. They say its sweat pants that are like denim. In reality all it really is is VERY VERY thin, stretchy, soft denim. As you know denim is cotton or some cotton blend and that is all that jogg jeans are. They are cotton blends that are extremely soft and feel like sweat pants when you wear them. They are still very much jeans. Noone has known the difference when I wear mine. I work in a boutique and people there dont even know. So yes the name is gay but they jogg jeans themselves are great. They are the ultimate airplane/travel jeans.

but do you really need sweats that look like jeans? just get sweat pants. thats real corny on diesels part, i seen the infomercials about those jog jeans for women and i sed, damn, thats corny ass hell, now diesel is doing it- still corny.

I neither can understand why there are people who like the jogg jeans... but who cares? if you like them, buy them. If you don't forget them:)^^

You did not pay attention to what I said I guess .... They are not sweats that look like jeans. Thats just a marketing ploy. They are still jeans that are as soft as sweats would be. Do you see what I mean? The fabric is very much denim and that is obvious when you see them. It is just softer than any denim Ive ever seen. Its even softer than the Darron 8X8 (which also feels like sweatpants). So dont believe the hype. Diesel wants to say that they are sweatpants to make them different but in reality they are thin, very soft, comfortable, jeans that do not feel like a normal pair of jeans. You have to actually see it to understand.

 

the reason is its something different and people are curious. That was my reason. I bought them just to see what it was. I was planning on sending back if it was actually sweatpants that looked like jeans because that would look ridiculous. you can never believe diesels website pics. I imagined they would be like a pair of starter sweatpants that had been given a denim treatment(wash) to appear as jeans. But diesels site made them look like denim so I wanted to get them for myself to see what the deal was. If I didnt like them I was going to exchange them for Viker 880N or Safado 882b. They got here and I was amazed that they look exactly like denim because they are in fact denim. They are jeans that FEEL like sweats because of their softness.
