I need little help here guys

hi,

I recently placed an order of diesel thanaz 8v9 from the website of http://www.dieseljeans-uk.org and I recieved the item after 5-6 days. But, as soon as I unpack them I realised it was not the one I ordered. I e-mailed them requesting the returning address but all they say was that 'sometimes items are little different from the pictures on our website'. From my guess it is not even a genuine diesel jeans and the pictures they posted on the website are from ASOS. They e-mailed me back but they always been avoiding telling me the returning address. What can I do?

 

Any suggestion guys? I will really appreciate your help.

First any website that has the name of the company in the URL and is not the actual company is selling fakes. The company will not allow another company to use its name as a URL. So for future reference post the site here and we'll tell you if its real or not.

Second thing, you may be in luck. It is HIGHLY illegal to sell fakes. If you paid through a credit card, bank, or debit card then you are more than likely protected against this type of thing. I have had to deal with this myself. The CC company/bank will refund you the money and then go after the company that sold the fake. You need to call your CC company right now. Dont waste any time. Call them and tell them you received something different than what you purchased and tell them the item is not authentic. Tell them you want to open a claim or file a chargeback. First of all, thanks mate.

 

I actually e-mailed to diesel online shop about such issue yesterday but unfortunately they said they cant do anything about it.

 

I will call cc company and let you know what happens.
