I need a little help here guys

hi,

 

I recently placed an order of Diesel Thanaz 8v9 from the website of http://www.dieseljeans-uk.org and the price was really cheap as well, 80 GBP. I recieved the item 5-6 days after but as soon as I unpacked it I realised it was not the one I ordered and from my guess it is not even a genuine diesel jeans. So I e-mailed them asking the returning address to get the refund, but what they e-mailed me back was 'sometimes item is little different to the pictures on our website'. I e-mailed so many times and they always been avoiding telling me the returning address. The item was delivered from China and is there anything I can do?

 

Any suggestion guys?

If you paid via a credit card you can do a chargeback.  If not, you're pretty well out of luck.
