Sneaker suggestions with skinny Diesels?

Any suggestions for sneakers to wear with Thanaz/Thavar? I am looking for a pair of very basic black leather sneakers with white sole similar to this..maybe without the blue:

Doesn't really have to look like that, taking all suggestions, but I am trying to get a black pair.. I'm not really looking to spend much more than $100.. if I can pay cheaper for similar quality/looking shoes then by all means...

The white chucks are sweet but I'd have to try them with the jeans before I ordered them because some low profile shoes don't look good with skinnies. I have a pair of leather vans that I love but they make me look like I have clown feet with skinnies cause they are long and narrow. Those Kenneth Coles you found are pretty bad ass and they are probably the closest thing I've seen to Yves St Laurent high tops that run around $350-$400. I like my Nike Avid high tops with Thanaz I rock em loose laced and let the jeans stack on top of em. I really like the way you cover your supra vaiders so I think I'm gonna jock your style on those.

I always wear these. I reckon they're look pretty good with skinny jeans too... though, they are white.

definitely dont get white shoes.

@rizzice Do you have a picture of the Thanaz/Thavar you want to wear the sneakers with? Our feeling is they can be different country to country.

 

Are you set on sneakers? Because we like the versatility of the boat shoe for skinnies, like this: http://www.bleudenim.com/2011/06/nods-from-nottingham.html. Dress em up, dress em down.

 

If you really want the sneaks, fair enough. Sometimes you just gotta sneak it up. Go for something like this, since you wanted a high top: http://www.bleudenim.com/2011/04/creation-station.html
