My (new to me) Zatiny 74F. I finally bought my first Zatiny. I was a Zathan freak but now I think Zathans bootcut is too big for me now. Guess it's the age thing. I bought my Zathan 880F couple of weeks ago but I've decided to return it and got this one instead.

Nice. I bought a pair recently too.

Good choice they look good. I definitely prefer zatiny over zathan. My only zathan are 772 and 8y7. The 8y7 actually fits just like zatiny and 772 (from 2003) is just classic so I couldnt pass on it when I saw it. Diesel is funny though because while I have a zathan that fits like a zatiny (8y7) I also have a zatiny that fits like a zathan (73N).

Yeah, Zatiny's way better; I don't know how Zathan is still around- only pair I still own is 72D

LOL, it seems you are in progress to move to straight leg / tapered cuts... Your next step will be Safado or/and Thanaz, Thavar, Shioner; this needs only some time. Zathan's wide leg opening started my conversion too (Zathan -> Zatiny -> Slammer -> Safado, Thanaz).

Nice wash.

I.M.O.The jean styles we wear go through  cycles, and , as we age, the cycle goes full circle-as a kid,for the most part,we wear some sort of boot cut or flair, then when we become

'adult", we go for straight leg or maybe skinny fit, then in later years, skinny is too extreem, too trendy,so most guys revert back to a comfort fit, or if in shape, back to bootcut, maybe "size up 1 or 2" ,in  zathan or another confortable boot cut. Ther will always be boot cut I think.
