oh, and it's the Thanaz 8QQ.

It's August now, so I'm planing on getting new stuffs for my Diesel Collection! two Narrot washes and 884W in Jogg jeans are now on the list! Oh, and the Krooley 8M2 at Nordstrom as well!

post #602 of 1176
Yeah I'm heading to new York in September and my list is huge and the full collection isn't even out yet!! Gotta get the safado 882G and 880W, braddom 883E and 884F, maybe the viker 881V and maybe the 882V, if I don't like the 880W in person. Gonna be bringing a BIG suitcase with me!

hi Phukette

i just have received the safado i will post worn pics soon. really awesome, i eventually choose the 28x30 i do not rgret my decision the fabric is stiff. the inseam is shorter+++ than usually on safados, may be because of the wrinkles at the hem.

post #604 of 1176

and i would add that the jeans are slimmer too, still straight but slimmer than usually for that cut.

regarding the thanaz 8QQ i share the opinion about the high retail price but the denim quality is really noticeable.

It is most certainly noticeable just through pics.

wow if I only my wife would let me buy another pair of jeans and urban outfitters had my size...

@pryv75
No probs man, glad I could be of some help. They do look great on you! The price tag was high but totally worth it. They fit amazing. Did you find that they don't photograph too well? I took loads of snaps in different lights and just couldn't capture them perfectly!
post #609 of 1176

Wow they fit amazing! They look totally different than on the site though. They still look good. Does the pressing/crinkling come out when you wash and dry them? I know with the 8NE the pressing/crinkling goes away once washed. Is this going to be the same thing?

On one of the care tags it would say something like, "this garment has been pressed to give it a certain look and is not meant to be permanent. It will go away when washed".

Oh and I have something to confess. I bought the 880R but it in larkee. I know some people really hate larkees but when the stretch is sized down they look really good. Almost as slim as safado. To be honest, some of my favourite jeans are larkees, 8x8, 8f5 and so on.
post #611 of 1176

well im not convinced but post pics and CONVINCE me ;)

@phukette

yes pics do not give jeans justice... the denim color is too blue, when denim is a mix of grey and faded blue in real life ; the japanese site (zozo) pics are most accurate.

LOL! You gotta love the 880W. BELIEVE ME! haha, I had the Krooley 880W and I love 'em. Oh, I also posted the krooley worn pic if you want to see how the wash looks in real life.

I saw last night that my washes I've been waiting for, Thavar 880G and Thanaz 8QP, came out on the diesel us online store and seriously, they're is sold out all lengths except 32?! WTF?! :(

post #615 of 1176

yeah I wanted to try and sneak in the 882b to spite my wife after our fight last night and I couldnt because there was nothing but 30 inseam. That probably ended up saving my life though.

New cut too, fraceex, not much of a fan. Could be the wash though.
post #620 of 1176

Woow that's what I call a good wash :o

more pics? http://wadmag.com/words/breaking-news/fashion-week-favourite-diesel/

can anyone find the video for this link?

post #621 of 1176

Wow I NEED shioner 74Y ---- I am selling some of my old jeans right now.

wow I need 886p too...decisions decisions.....

What the hell is with that ridiculous fraceex cut? That looks just terrible

post #622 of 1176
Looks like a cut that was out before paddom or something? Can't remember the name of it. Dont wanna judge a cut on only one wash but I don't think I'll be a fan.
post #623 of 1176
They're also very like something daft g-star would bring out. Very like the g-star razor jeans with those horrible looking lowered front pockets and those oversized back pockets. No, the more I look at them the more I don't like the cut at all.
