The term is slang to begin with and was coined to describe a certain subculture of music in a certain context. Ignorance has allowed it to become misconstrued and has led mainstream to assign certain attributes, qualities and labels to it like it does to everything and anything. But if the majority agrees I guess it's good, huh?

Use the term as preferred. It's just good to know if you are using a term appropriately or incorrectly.

I know!!! I was just thinking the same thing after getting over my motherly rant of "can't we all just get along?" I realized that the title of this thread warrants ALOT more butt shots. Talk shows? How bout it? I know Pinchy is game, come on guys.

Anyway, I'm not trying to argue. I want to see more ass, just like everybody else. It just doesn't settle well when someone mocks subcultures and their philosophies because they don't stand by the mainstream. Without this forward thinking and progressive attitudes I don't think we'd all be here, decked out in designer denim begging to see people's asses. And if, in your upgraded, socially-acceptable terms, Csirip is emo, why isn't he slitting his wrists?
