Nudie Authenticity Check

Hi I'm wondering if these Nudies are authentic:

These are supposedly Slim Jim Dry Grey Coated with the back pocket stitching removed.

And these are supposedly Thin Finn Dry Black Coated also with back pocket stitching removed.

to date i have never heard of, or encountered a fake Nudie.

as far as i know, fakes dont exist.

 

not currently at least.

 

 

as long as he has a good record, i'd say you're safe.

I wish I could give you a verification process or a way to know for sure. I think the statement above is as good as it gets.  "as long as he has a good record, i'd say you're safe".

I encountered fake Nudies at CrossRoads, a local chain store/ consignment store here in the Seattle/ Portland area.

 

I am sure there is examples online but here is what I noticed:

 

Back Belt loop tag: Wrong font style.

 

Back Pocket tag says: Nudie.   a real Nudie would say Nudie Jeans Co.

 

The backpocket embroidery 'wave' is not as tight, meaning the threads are further apart then the real ones.

 

 

But those look real but it does not have the  embroidey  signature wave is not there or the backpocket tag.

 

But either way real or not...The quality of Nudies are crap in general.

Actually Nudie did orginally just put Nudie on the back pocket tag but the newer jeans (for years!) do say "Nudie Jeans Co." but there are jeans that are authentic that just say "Nudie."
