Poiak is the exact same thing as slammer.  Try again.

OK... again... Leg opening of Slammer in size 29 is 19cm, leg opening of Poiak in size 29 is 18cm...  Rise of Poiak is lower = it is not the same cut. It is like comparing Farco to Slammer... it similar because of the zip pockets, but it is not the same cut.

Within any fit, different washes will easily fluctuate by 1 cm.  For example, my Krooley 8N1s fit quite a bit different than basically any other Krooley.  As for my 5 or 6 pairs of Thanaz, they all fit slightly differently and I can almost guarantee that there is more than a 1 cm fluctuation at the ankle from my biggest fitting pair to my smallest.  Also, Poiak doesn't have a lower rise...  Don't know where you're coming up with that.  Poiak vs Slammer is the same as Zatiny vs Zathan.  If they were exactly the same, they'd have the same name, but they're so similar that most people won't notice any difference.

Poiak was the unnamed replacement of slammer due diesel never said anything bout it.

Slammer was replaced in 2008 december.poiak firstly came out in 8sv and was the first cut which had the 8sv wash. significant for the piak cut r the new zip pockets.

Yeah, the name is kind of stupid, but then again, basically every Diesel product has a stupid name.  It's just kind of their thing...  Anyway, who cares what they're called if they fit you well?

Only others besides Poiak that are close are older than Slammer or around the same time as it- Trouleg had the same upper block cut as Slammer but with trumpeted legs (8BI, 71V & 8DK) and Reslim was the predecessor to Slammer again with the same upper block cut but a bit lower front rise (796, 761, MA118). Neither had zip pockets though
