Can anyone verify whether this TR jenas is authentic or not?

I bought True Religion few days ago from Ebay

Once I got the jeans, this jeans is totally different from those I have

It's defenitely a counterfeit

But seller said he won't refund $140 unless I prove it fake

Can anyone help me this is a fake

Diddo, the links take me to a sign in page for gmail. Create a photobucket account or post them directly from you computer.

Just file a claim on eBay, they always decide in favor of the buyer.  Just say they're "not as described" on account of being counterfeit and eBay will force the seller to allow a return.  Just MAKE SURE to get tracking on the return package or they'll probably claim you never sent them back.
