Authentic Paige???

I just got these in the mail and they feel stiff....I feel like the whiskers on the jeans look fake...they shouldn't stand out so much.....

 

what do you guys think????

They look ok to me BUT wait for an expert. I'm not really up on my fake Paige because I haven't come across a pair IRL.

 

The super prominent whiskering could be because they didn't completely finish the washing process upon realizing that there was damage to the jeans (and they'd be marked irregular anyway)...I've seen a few pairs like that, where the whiskering is complete but not the sandblasting.

 

For comparison, here's a pair of LC Tuscan Las Palmas crops--they look pretty darned similar to me:
