J Brand fit question

I am thinking about ordering a pair of J Brand Kane jeans from Gilt.com but have never had the opportunity to try them on.  I am a size 31 in Seven for all Mankind and AG and a 32 in Earnest Sewn.  Would a 31 fit me in J Brand (thats the only size still available).

I find J Brand runs pretty TTS:  I wear a 27 in AG and in 7FAM (except the straight leg, I don't like them tight so I size up!) and also a 27 in J Brand, although they are snuggish, they did stretch out.
