how do you make APC wash like this?

I like how these APC NEW CURE faded.

 

but, i googled many of APC jean washes, 

 

their washes are like.. too WILD AND ROUGH

 

and the honeycombs are huge.. and everything

 

i think it's becuz of the stiffness of the denim.

 

 

So, if i want my petit to be like that,

 

should i wash first and wear ? to get rid of the stiffness and make my wrinkles, honeycombs smaller?

 

plez help me out! thankss
