question regarding image insertion

new here (to posting that is) and made two posts earlier today in the buy/sell forums:

I followed the image/video tutorial here: http://www.denimblog.com/c/wiki/image-and-video-tutorial

 

yet when I view the posts the image links are invalid, though the images do appear to have been downloaded into my default album.

 

Furthermore, I am not able to edit these posts to attempt to resolve the image issues.

 

Thus, attempting to reply to the post to get the images to show I used the URL provided via my default album but it appears this merely adds another image to my album.

I searched the forums for some answers but haven't found anything yet..

Looking for assistance!

 

Please advise

The answer I just received from our technical team is as follows;

 


It looks as if the URLs are not resolving correctly and they are not coming in with the very critical /c/.  Instead, they are pointing to non-existent URLs on the blog.  I just edited those particular posts to point to the correct URLs and will do some testing and file a ticket accordingly.

I've had issues inserting images as well--but something I've found to work well is copying and pasting off my Craigslist posts. So basically, I open those up (and the pictures are displayed because I embed them in the HTML) and when I highlight the text to copy and paste it, I also highlight the pictures. When I copy and paste everything, the images magically show up along with the text!
