hey girls
please help me decide if girls like skirts or pants more in summer? i need to buy a surprise gift for my girl friend ;)

Skirts will be easier to shop for because there aren't so many variables that determine fit--you just need to know what her waist size is. I can usually size down quite a bit in skirts because my waist is extra-small compared to everything else. (I'm a 2/4 in full or A-line skirts, 8/10 in pants)

I think it's skirts during the day and jeans for the evening... or is it the other way round? !! Lol!  

 

guess it's relevant what the occasion is for. Barbecues and out-door events in the sun, probably skirts..

 

Co-incidentally I am going to treat my lady top a surprise for our year anniversary next week...  I'm going to go for a party dress, and you may want to browse at some of these..

It's usually skirts or dresses for me in the summer. It gets so hot here and I walk everywhere that pants are just too hot, although I do have a couple of pairs of William Rast chinos which are pretty comfortable/cool. I'm not ready to give up my jeans for the season yet!

You can't go wrong with a pair of jeans - but make sure you know her size first!!!

Try to find a secret or subtle way of determining the waist and length, and go for a premium brand like 7 for all Mankind.

I'm sure she'll love them if you go to so much trouble for her - my dad just gives my mum a credit card and let her choose her own, which is fine for not making mistakes, but I'm sure she'd appreciate a surprise - I bought her a pair of boot cut jeans last winter and she loved them.

If you can't find out her exact size then I guess it's a skirt, but jeans are most girls uniform these days as they're so practical, fashionable and versatile...
