For your 74k, can you tell me if the thigh stretch at all?

I'm pretty much in the same boat as you and autodafe. For most thanaz and thavar, I can fit into 29w, but I prefer to go with 30w since the thigh has little bit more room. And i dont mind wearjng a belt for the looser waist. As I recent discover, for 29w it's better to go with jeans that's not 100% cotton. They tend to stretch more in the thigh. Don't know if you guys feel the same way about it.

Kind of. The thing is because the waist stretches, you can sag it a cm or two, so the thight won't hug your legs. For 74k I even could wear 27w waist wise. It would kill my thight tho.

 

For my 8x2 I have no regret buying 29w, it fits perfect and I wear a belt.

@Baltimore,

Do you have your fit pics of 8x2 in 29w and compare with fit pics of either 74k or 880m in 28w? I would really like to see the difference. Especially in the thigh.

74k is quite a nice wash yes! @autodafe, your 8x2 looks much better than mine. yours have a really nice white fading, I prefer that more

keep an eye out for a tribute thread i'm thinking of throwing together. yeah i love this wash that much.

 

yours are really dark, at first i actually thought they were thanaz 8880K's! but yours are really nice and subtle, they remind me of my krooley joggs.

Both are really nice, spot on. And they look the same fit from photos, only difference I can see is maybe around the knee area (74k is tighter).

Since they are labeled 2 different waist size, do you feel any difference between them?

Actually if you look good the 74k is overall much slimmer, especially in the tight. And in the waist but you can't see that in the pictures. I definitely feel the difference.

 

@autodafe, could you post fit pics of those jogg jeans :D? I'm thinkin to get that one.

It makes me want to size down on my 74k as well. But since it's so thick denim, it's really uncomfortable.

Got the 8x2 in 33 they were tight at first, totally unwearable but I can actually wear them now, what size should I get in 74k considering I'm pretty much size 34 in everything with few exceptions like Safado 886P, etc and I'd get thanaz 8L4 in 33 as they're a stretch wash.

The 74k wash is amazing man. Its true, the denim is thick but with a few wears most diesel tend to stretch.

Get the size that is fitted coz it will look better.  

Yeah, I just got it in size 29 and so tight! I wear Tepphar, Thavar in 29 also, and these fit more tight than my Thavar 888P, specially in the knees, waist is hecka looose on the other side.

Yea, I bought size 30w first, I even tried them at the store before buying them. I'm not sure why, but I think it was because they fitted so tight on my legs that I didn't give any attention to the waist.

Have you worn yours alot? Because they will get really soft, it will not be comfortable like stretch jeans, but it's ok to wear.

I tried 30w first (my usual size), but the thigh was so tight, it was uncomfortable and it hurts when I move around. So I exchanged it to 31w. But I'm regretting about this decision now. Since I lost some weight, the waist is big on me. Maybe that's also why I haven't worn it that much.

I definitely understand what you mean! You should've keep your 30w and wear it more than 20 times, THEN they would get really soft! maybe sell your 31, and buy 30 or even 29, and wear them alot!

I'm thinking of doing that. One eBay seller has 30w available. I might just buy it and sell my 31s.

Hmmm, I think you will be more happy with 30w, it will be more comfortable for your legs. But the waist will still be big.
