who do i contact about recovering money/purchased items from a seller in the honestmall?

We are sorry to hear that you had a problem with a seller in the marketplace.  That is very frustrating for sure.  Unfortunately we are unable to get involved in transactions between buyers and sellers.  We encourage you to contact paypal.

who can we contact about recovering feedback for users who have sold honestly in the honest mall so we don't buy from untrustworthy members??

 This is really disheartening to me. is there nothing you can do?

 

i do not make much money as it is and now I am nearly broke.  i only have $50 to my name until next paycheck and that is for rent. I am poor student and can not afford to buy things new. that is why i buy used clothing on internet. it is cheaper. this makes me sad. why people steal money here? I thought this was safe place to buy and sell?

 

I recommend to you to put the warning someone more visable, because i not see that before until too late.
