88z or 8AA?

i have a pair of Zatiny 88z and love the wash .. looking at a pair of 8AA right now .. what's the difference? they look pretty much the same to me....

anyone?

8AA is blue and fades, 88z is grey and does not fade.

my 88z's arent really grey... yours look a little different...

　88z is not gray but black.(mine is viker-88z)

　almost same color bellow. we(japanese) say black.





　japanese hair's color is black. like bellow.

　someone wearing 8AA's colors clothes lol..

Personally I see it more blue than anything else...
and so does diesel s.p.a., calling it the "Blue Barron" wash.

lol, its not grey literally. What I am saying is that compared to 8aa it has a much darker tone, like the darkest parts of 8iw dark. that is how dark it is in comparison to 8aa which is closer to raw, imo. c'mon guys srsly.

^ No way!!! I took my safado 8AA in my usual size (W28 ) and they're spot on, tried a 27x32 once and they were damn uncomfortable.

Definetely don't size down.

But I had a zathan 8AA, and this one was sized down 1.

i have 8aa in my usual thanaz size, it's loose on top, but below the knee, it's skinnier than all my other thanaz. feels like if i sized down, they'd look like leggings.

What the hell are you people posting?

88Z = vivid indigo raw denim with crinkles. The crinkles come out after 5-10 wears, and the vibrancy fades after 20 wears. After that they start looking bland and boring. Hence why I hardly ever wear my 88Z (I've had 4 pairs already, Kajo, Larkee, Thaye, and now Krooley).

8AA is a softer denim, its a stretch, and doesn't have the raised weave like the 88Z (hence it is matt, not shiny & vibrant). It retains its look a LOT better than the 88Z. Recommend the 8AA fully -- I wish I could find another pair of Safados since my old ones ripped out

thanks for the helpful suggestions / insights / advise boys ..
i think i'm going to cop for them .. i love the 88z and need some more dark denim (even though it's summertime) .. mine haven't lost really any of its vibrancy and i've worn them like crazy .. no washes yet though....

I have thanaz 8AA in my usual size and they are LOOOOSE as hell in waist, and even more in the ass area
below the knee, well, not that skinny
one size down wouldn't have hurt

same goes for thicar 8AA

I sized down for my thanaz 8aa. They were tight at first. So tight I almost wished I hadn't, but now I am glad I did because they've stretched out quite nicely. One of the best fitting pair I own.

go for the 8aa, especially in safados...great wash, great cut

get a back up pair pair if you can


maybe even a backup for your backup, ok
