Can anybody help me to spot GUESS jeans, is fake or original?

MENS GUESS FALCON JEANS SZ 34X32 SLIM BOOT NWT RET $89 - eBay (item 250622420133 end time May-26-10 19:00:16 PDT)
Is it authentic or fake? How to spot authentic this item.

They're Guess.. not worth most counterfeiter's time if the jean only retails for $89. When a jean starts costing $200+ then worry more- even then most US sellers can be trusted.

Why the hell would you want those anyway? The design is ripped off from Diesel you know, right? pay a little more and get a pair of jeans that are a better quality denim, better construction and better fit. Guess cuts were always off from what I remember from high school

Oh Thanks again my friend, surely I like a flap back pocket in these jeans, so simple and good looking...Diesel jeans its very expensive but I will buy someday.
I will really like and buy for another jeans like, 7 for all mankind, True Religion & People for Peace.
