I strongly doubt you can find them in outlets, especially sizes under W31
Try to cop them on ebay, I've seen many 8SV in different sizes and usually for around 100 euro

yo the 5th avenue diesel store still has 8sv thanaz's. depending on what size you need. i know for a fact they dont have the smaller sizes. but i did see a 31/34 last time i was in.

^same here. I've shipped many things to thailand and other international countries without any problems. over half of my buyers are located overseas.
