Hello, im trying to buy jeans

but not using e-bay or amazon.com



just using paypal, can i get refund if the seller sent me fake jeans or does not send me one??

This depends on which online store you are shopping from. Paypal does not provide you the guarantee of refunding as this is the only way you use to pay for some items.
It would be better if you provide with more details about the store you have ordered jeans from.
SOme name or place so that we could find out if it is some authentic store or not.
